Rims: 16" RSs the automatcher will supply for free. Will probably add red paint/vinyl to the Hs, or replace with red H emblem caps.
Dc5 Recaros: Currently sitting in my office area. I just need to order the Bride RO rails. It’ll need to wait until next pay day though, they’re $150 per rail. While they are out, I need to Spray & Wash them again.
OEM Honda leather cover goodies and red H emblems in steering while and on front and back:
Pedals: OEM Honda pedals
Also considering small tasteful lips front and back and a non- OEM wing. Something like this J’s racing lip and this INGS spoiler, which is similar to the Spoon, but just something with obvious side wings:
Other than that, it’ll mostly be just some better red mats, and then performance. The interior is already nice. It just needs accent, and unfortunately, while I kept it, there’s no way my EP3 Type R carpet will fit in it, and it’s in good enough condition, I’ll leave it be. I kinda wish it was solid black and not dark gray though.

I’m looking forward to seeing all of this, I think it’ll look awesome!

Sounds expensive.

Yeah, probably another $1000. Mostly that would be the lip and the wing, which is why they would be done last. But anything performance is going to be even more expensive. But I plan to drive this until it dies, just like with the Logo, so...

Thats solid bang for your buck.

You just made me realize I can swap in TSX or RSX heated leather seats into my wife’s Fit. And that would be the jam.

I don’t know if it was ever an option but did Honda sell a later version of that generation of Fit with darker headlight surrounds? Not the actual reflective part nor the lens but the plastic trim/surround that contains the headlight assembly. I bet it would look more aggressive with black headlights! If Honda didn’t offer it, then you could take a crack at baking the headlights in an oven to soften the rubber/silicone seal, disassemble the headlights, paint them, and re-bake the me with a new seal.
Example, Toyota Camry:
And the Mazda Miata (mine, specifically):

I think if you do the lip and wing, more aggressively styled wheels would be needed. Something that looks more “track day ready”.

Yeah, they’re ‘ 12 -’ 14 s:

Sure, but these ones are free, so we’ll explore that later.

Can you? The thing about the RSX/DC5 Recaros is that they are actually just standard Recaros with standard mounting holes, which means the right rails will match up. But if the TSX/RSX rails are WELDED to the bottom of the seats, you won’t be able to use them...

That’s a lot less than I thought! Dooooooo etttttt.

Those could look awesome on your Fit although, I will say, it was a hassle for me to swap the Mazdaspeed units onto my Miata! I spent the whole weekend removing the front bumper to safely remove and install the headlights!

Oh I did not know that. Are they heated? I want comfier seats, but my wife just wants heated ones. She hasn’t been spoiled by BMW seats as much as I have.

I’m always surprised what will and will not just bolt together from Honda to Honda. A lot will. You never know. But the fit has a big hump in the center under the seats that I do not believe the TSX/RSX has, so I think the mounting points would be quite different and the rails won’t be swappable. So as I say, if they were welded... And no, the DC5 Recaros are not heated.

Right because the gas tank in the Fit is under the front seats so the floor contour is probably quite different from a Civic.

Or manual swap? Probably a lot of work...

Those wings do look good on the Fit. I’ve seen a couple of them while out and about. The cars needed a second look. Thankfully, my wife didn’t see it.
Is the emblem a good idea on the airbag? Seems like it could become a projectile.
